Presenters View

I have a 2008 Vista machine and a 2003 office powerpoint program. I
would like to use the 'presenters view' function while speaking. The
instructions say to "click the display icon" in the control panel.
There is no display icon in my control panel. Can anyone help with
this problem?

Dear LT,

Using the « Presenter View » depend on you hadware configuration. You need
to have a graphic gard that enable you to display on two different monitors.
Laptops generally have this capability.

When your system will detect that you have two monitors connected to you
computer the feature will be enabled under the "Multiple monitors" section
in the "Set Up Show" dialog box.
