I don't see any way of preventing a specific Windows application like
Access from printing to a valid printer, regardless of where it is
physically located.
And what would prevent the user from using a PDF print utility (like
CutePDF) to create a PDF file and email it to an offsite address?
Maybe if we knew more about what you were trying to accomplish someone
might have an idea.
