Prevent Outlook from changing appointment names to "Updated: name"

Is there any way to prevent Outlook from changing updated appointment names
to "Updated: <name>"? It seems really stupid to not be able to easily see
what the appointments are from because their names are pushed outside the
monthly calendar box by the completely uninformative "Updated: " text (most
meetings/appointments end up being updated anyway).
