prevent page header info from appearing on page 2

I have a report that need the summary displayed at a different margin on the
second page of the report. I have tried to increase the page header size but
this increases the space between the report header and the detail section on
the first page.

Please try to explain this again so that we don't have to guess at what you
require. What is "the summary" and what do you mean by "at a different
margin"?
