Prevent picture resize when setting slide size

When the "Slides sized for:" selection is changed in the Page Setup dialog,
images in the presentation are resized. I want images to remain the same
size no matter what. Is there a way to do that?

Do you mean when you switch from, say, 10 x 7.5 to 16 x 9?
