Prevent printing or copying

I recall that I used to be able to prevent an e-mail
recipient from printing, copying, forwarding, etc. an e-
mail message but I do not recall if it was within Outlook
or another package. Is there such security in Outlook?

This is a feature in outlook 2003. You modify permissions in file/permission
