Prevent Project1 from opening?

Master Chief --

You are limited to opening a new blank project when you launch Microsoft
Project Professional (the Project1 blank project), or opening the last
project you worked with. To set the latter option, click Tools - Options -
General, select the "Open last file on startup" option, and then click OK.
