Prevent Publish From Removing File and Folders

When I publish my primary website, FP2000 asks if I want to remove
other file and folders unrelated to the primary. How can I stop this
behavior?

Are these files that you have places in the site or are they place there by your host, etc.?

They are folders I placed there using FTP for other websites, ebay
pictures, etc. I want them to be undisturbed. When I was able to
publish using HTTP, FrontPage just ignored the other folders. Now
that I am stuck using FTP to publish from FrontPage, I have to go
through this approval dance each time I publish the main website. If
the removal choice block had a "No to all" choice, I wouldn't have a
problem, but it only has a "Yes to all" choice. This makes me click
on No for every file in the other folders.

The only solution that I am aware of is when you are using the FP extensions to convert the folders
to subweb, then FP not check them during publishing unless you select to include subweb during
publishing.
