Prevent Recipient From Forwarding Msg

How can I set a permission that will not allow a recipient
of my email to forward?

In Outlook 2003 you can use feature that prevent recipient
to forward your mail or print your mail out

And that will be obeyed only if they, too, are using OL 2003. Another Email
program, like Eudora or Netscape Messenger won't pay any attention at all to
that setting.
