Just got a new computer with Windows 10. Tried to make my first flier on Publisher last night. When I emailed this file the recipient couldn't open it and I today I couldn't make any changes to the file. I redid the whole thing and noticed it says read only. How do I change this? I never set it to read only and once again can't make changes to the new file I created today! The only thing it allows me to do is move the outside border Very frustrating!
Remove "read-only" from Publisher file
