either. We have a user that does not want responses showing up on his
emails. We have a program here at work that has email and it performs
that function. Any help with this would be appreciated.

You asked this before. What do you mean?
The user is receiving emails that do not pertain to him but he is
receiving responses from other users to those emails. I can only assume
that he is on a distribution list of some kind and needs to be removed
from that list. Sorry for the confusion.

If the sender doesn't want to save his responses, then he should disable the
option to save sent messages.
