Prevent scrolling through records with mouse wheel?

Ive have created a tab page form and I have resized and reformated th
form where you shouldnt need to scroll up or down to view informatio
but with the scrolling mice out there with the wheels--some people ma
have an inclination to use the wheel. When you use the wheel i
advances through records. Is there a way to prevent this action fro
taking place?
