prevent spam

Hi!
is there any way to prevent Outlook from sending spam from
and to our contact list? Is there any pre-sending phase
where we can look at what is going to be send, but not
available to see on the Outbox folder?

Is there a way I can control everything is going to be sent
from my Outlook client, even if I have not wrote anything?
