I have a form with a "digital clock" on it. I am using the Windows XP
Start.wav file as an embedded sound object to animate the clock.
Unfortunately, the app's title bar (and status bar, I think) repaint with
each "tick". Is there some way to prevent this behavior? Or another way to
produce this effect?
