How can I prevent viewers from stealing pictures and other
contents from my homepage. Homepage is created in Frontpage

You cannot, really. If the visitor can see your content, they already have
it in their browser's cache. Right click blockers do nothing to my Mac, and
are easily disabled by turning off javascript.

not really possible, since the web site is downloaded to the users computer to
view it (to the web cache/temporary internet files).
