Many of my colleagues report that they(we) experience unintentional shutdowns
of Outlook when they simply want to close the calendar or contacts, etc. When
one hits the X in the red box they must allow Outlook to shutdown and then
they have to reopen to return to the inbox or other tool.
Recommendation: Provide an optional confirmation window before closing
Outlook that might ask, "Do you really want to shutdown Outlook? Select "No"
to contionue working."
