Preventing Acrobat toolbar appearing

Hi

How can I prevent Acrobat toolbar appearing in Word 2003. Although I disable
it in Tools-->Customize-->Toolbars, it still appears after closing the
application. (Win XP, Word 2003, Acrobat Standard 6)
