configuring these registry changes, like Attachment Options (a link to

Oops, I see you are posting in an Outlook newsgroup about a problem with
Outlook Express. In the future, post in an Outlook EXPRESS newsgroup
regarding Outlook Express problems or questions. For OE, it's a
