Preventing message being sent to sender when using reply to all

When I use Reply to All, Outlook recently has started including my own email
address in the To: box. Is there a setting whereby I can stop that from
happening?

There is no such setting. You are receiving these messages in such a way
that Outlook cannot tell that the address used to send the message to you is
your own address. As long as Outlook can tell that the address matches
yours, then it will not include you in the reply to all.
