Preventing users from deleting worksheets

I already put a protection onto all worksheets within my
workbook, however it does not prevent the user from
manually deleting the protected worksheets. Is there a
way to prevent users from deleting worksheets from a
workbook?

protect the workbook in the same way that you protect the sheets.

Tools | Protection | Protect Workbook...
