Preview does not show my updates

When using Front Page 03 none of my updated content shows up in the Preview -
nor in 'Preview in Browser'. How can I fix this?

Were you prompted to save the file before the preview in browser? Have you
tried publishing it to see if it shows. It may be content that is dependent
on being on a server.
