How do I set up my email to view a email when I click on it without letting
the person know who sent it to me. Anotherwards, If they put a read on the
email they sent me, I would like to look at it without the conformation going
back to them I read it. Thanks.

If you are asking about read receipts, configure the tracking options within Outlook to do what you want (auto reply, prompt, never reply).

If you are asking how to thwart web bugs (linked images) used to track when an HTML formatted e-mail gets opened, use OL2003 (I think it added the option to block linked images), use spam filtering software that strips out linked images from e-mails (SpamPal with its HTML-Modify plug-in, all free), or set the option to read all e-mails in plain-text format.
