preview of jpg and gif-files in Outlook 2003

Since I updated to the 2003-version I have not been able to view attached
files immidiatly, but only when I click on the attached files.
Outlook Express could do that with no problem - how do I do this in Outlook
2003?

Generally, you don't. The sender controls the placement of images in the
message, not the recipient.
