Every time I edit something in Normal page, the line spacing shrinks in
Preview page. Help!

Your main text has no html font face/sizing or CSS applied, so your page will be rendered by the users browser default font settings
and size
- recommend applying a style sheet to all "default" fonts (body, p, td, th)

On my system, the line spacing in Design view Preview mode are the
same.

I wonder, therefore, if you have your FrontPage default font
configured differently than the browser's default font.

In FrontPage, the default font is under Tools, Page Options, Default
Font.

In IE, it's under Tools, Internet Options, General, Fonts.
