Just recently started happening: the preview text disappears when a reply
email is opened. Outlook 2003 SP1 - the systray icon pop up shows the sender
name and their first line of text, briefly - this replied text also displays
in the preview of the senders message as the first line using "reading pane"
usually on a reply email. However when the email is opened only the original
message is visible – their reply, the text that was ‘previewed’ is gone, not
on the top or bottom of the reply message – just gone… as if they sent the
reply with no message. When the email is closed the reading or preview pane
only shows the original message as if the senders message has been erased.
