Sometimes when users open a report in preview mode,
the "close" and "print" tool is available and sometimes
it's not. I have disabled all menu options so that users
must navigate using buttons that run macros. I have a
button that allows them to preview reports . . . I could
simply make the macro print the report, but I would
rather the user preview AND be able to select a printer
other than the default.
Any help would be appreciated.
