Previewing the pages to be printed from a help topic

I need help on the above subject.just to know the number of pages to be printed in order not to be out of paper
I have window XP professional
it does not work either oe EXCEL2002 and/or WORD200

Hi
the best idea i have is to print to a PDF document (if you have a PDF
printer driver installed). Otherwise not possible with build-in
functionality)
