previous word documents 'not available' will not open

I have just upgraded to Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and previously had
Word 2000. I cannot open ANY of my previously saved Word files. They are
all showing when I go to my computer or file/open but when I try and open any
document the PC comes up with a message sating file doesnt exist?! HELP - I
have got several documents saved which I can no longer access - I'm panicking
slightly! Many thanks.

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
