Primary Interop Assemblies

Every time I start up my computer the Primary Interop Assemblies file screen
opens up. I then have to close it each time. I don't even know what this is
for and do not want to see it. HELP Please! Many Thanks. MWoodard

I had to look that one up. I assume this is not on a new home computer?
