Print 4 copies on postcards, instead of 2.

In Publisher for postcards. I have Avery Postcards with the ability to print
4 copies per page. The only default settings in Publisher are for printing
one copy or two. It's 8-1/2 x 11. Can anyone tell me how to print 4 copies
per page? The 4 cards per sheet are 5-1/2x4-1/4.
