As part of our corporate client database we have a call record attached to
each company's main form. It is a subform in datasheet format with fields for
Ref (a unique ID for each call), Date, Entered By, Subject, Followup Date.
We want to be able to print these call records more or less exactly as they
appear on screen, i.e. in a cellular format. Sometimes the Subject extends to
more than one row so the rows need to be of variable height.
I would appreciate some guidance on doing this.
Second question - ideally the process should be fired by a command button on
the form but I couldn't find a way of getting a PrnitCurrentRecord command to
sit on a datasheet. It's fine in Design View but as soon as you go into
Form(Datasheet) View it is no longer visible. Again, how can do?
