Print a data entry form without the spreadsheet as a background?

Is there a way to print the data form without using paint? I would like to
be able to print out the data form for documentation purposes.

The easy way to print any such displayed item is to press PrintScree
and Paste into a blank MS Word document. Trim and format the pictur
to the required size and place on the page, then print it.

Such items can form part of your documentation.
