Print a mail merge recipients LIST

How can I print a list of the mail merge recipients?? Just names & address
in a column on letter size paper. I am working with Word XP

Create a directory type merge using the same data source, with the required
fields on one line, followed by a paragraph mark (press enter). Merge to a
new document. Print the resulting document.
