print all items in a folder

Is there a way to printer out all items in a folder. I have a folder of
meeting minutes taken using Excel for every document. Can I print ALL...
rather than right-click print each item?

Yes.

Go into Windows Explorer. Select all of the files you want to print. File -
Print. Your system will open each one and print it but you don't have to do
anything.

(Out of curiosity, why are you using Excel for meeting minutes?)

We use columns... item number, description, dicussion,
outcome/responsibility.... if there is another fun/easier/exiting way... I
love learning new tricks.

Use tables in Word.

Yes, Excel will do it but that job really should be done in Word.

I find tables much easier to manipulate in Excel. Insert, remove, alignment.
If you point me to a 'table tutorial' that will make word shine over excel...
I try it.

Those same commands are used in Word's tables.
