Print Appointment - Including Notes in Bottom Part

I enter notes about an appointment in the bottom portion of the form.
Sometimes I would like to print these notes to take to a meeting.

Print Icon, Ctrl P, and page setup, only print header information.

I do have Business Contacts loaded, but, I have used it.

I just spent15-20 min trying to figure out how to do this

This seems like a normal print requirement.

Thanks Sue, it was set on Memo Style. I just retested printing and it worked
this time. Must be something in the print system.
