In the envelope window of MS Word 2002 SP3, there is a print button. It is
grey --even with address typed in the window and envelope in the printer feed
ready to go.
I have tested on other machines with the same networked printer, and the
print button on the envelope is not grey, but for this user, the print button
is grey. I have checked everything I can think of the change, still "prit"
remains grey. She can print to this printer in other applications, as well
as plain word docs. Help! Is this a bug?
