Multiple users are having an issue with the print button on the toolbar is
not being associated with the default printer set on the computer within
Access. Word, Excell, etc all have the default printer associated with the
print button. When the print button is not associated for one user, no user
(including administrator) does not have the printer associated with the
toolbar print button. The operating system is Windows 2000, Office XP
installed.

Access does not "assocciate" itself with a particular printer. The object
that you are printing (form or report) does. By default a form or report
will use the default printer, but if someone accidentally changes it to
print to a specific printer then that change will affect all other users.
In that case you need to go into page setup and change it back to "Defalt
Printer".

Access has a bug with this area also.

I think it sets the default printer permanantely when you think you are just
selecting a printer for a one off print.

theres a work around on the net somewhere.
