First, please use lower case. Using all caps is considered shouting and very
rude.
What options did you use in the command button wizard?
Selecting "Record Operations" in the left list and "Print Record" in the
right list should give you a button that only prints the current record.
If you are trying to get a report to print only the current record, you'll
have to do a little code on your own. The article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;209560 explains how
to do this.
Although the article is for Access 2000, the information applies to Access
2002 and 2003 as well. (You never mentioned what version you are using.)
