Screen freezes in Word and Excel when trying to print. Did
all troubleshooting etc...printer spews out paper but no
data. Cannot 'save as' without crashing program whether in
Word or Excel...auto recovery pops up and freezes me out
of the program on the re-boot...is this likely a fatal
error or is the program corrupt..? no error messages
generated..really need some help... thanks
