Print data filled rows only

I have worksheet conditionally formatted to show gridlines and data as rows
are used. How do I set conditional print area to include only those rows
showing?

I would suggest you use a Dynamic Range for the PrintRange.

BTW.............I assume you mean "borders" and not "gridlines" as gridlines
cannot be turned on/off via CF
