Print dialog box appears behind document

Everytime I print, the "print dialog" window opens, but
appears behind the actual work document. Any way to
correct this so that it appears in front (like normal)?

Using Word 2002 SP1. Excel and Outlook print dialog boxes
work fine, its only my word stuff..

This problem is usually caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in
or another add-in. See "Title Bars Flash, Word Becomes Unresponsive, or Word
