Print dialog box behind document

Hi

I'm running Office 2000 Premium on 2 different computers
that were recently reformatted with clean install of
Windows 98SE with all updates. In trying to print from
Word, it will print fine using the "fast print" icon on
the toolbar, but if I choose File-Print, the dialog box is
Behind the document and the icon is blinking on the bottom
taskbar. Clicking on it brings up the dialog box, but
minimizes the document. I can then choose any options &
click on ok to print and it will. The document is still
minimized and blinking on the taskbar. Clicking will open
it but this is a pain in the neck every time I need to
choose a specific printer or setup option (often).

Anyone have ideas if this is a setting, needs a patch,
anything? I know it is not a question of virtual graphic
driver (already tried that).

Such focus issues are usually an indication that the Norton AntiVirus
software is present. Try disabling its Office Plug-in.

This is often caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See
