Print different labels on one sheet.

I've created several wine labels in Publisher. I have several pages in a
Publisher document and each page is a different label. How can I print pages
1-6 on one sheet of labels. Rather then getting 1 full page (which is 6
label) of the same label I would like 6 different labels.

Another question is how do I just print one label. Not one page of labels
just one single label?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You will have to layout your page manually. Arrange, grid guides, set your
columns and rows, copy/paste. You can use this method with one label or six
labels. Is your stock label-like with adhesive? I would be very careful about
printing labels in a laser printer.

When you say one label, is the label a single piece? You will have to setup a
custom size in your printer if it is.

Yes the labels are adhesive. They are made to print in a laser printer. I
have done several and have had no problems.

When you say arrange, grid guides etc. What does that mean exactly? I have
label sheets that are a standard size that I want to use. I just want to
print one label rather then all six. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I mess
with the grid guides etc. it will just print one in the center of the page.
Which won't work since I have labels that have six per page.

Assume you are using Avery label 5164, 4 x 3.33, six to a page

On your publication page, Arrange, enter .16 for right and left margins, .5 top.
Grid Guide tab, 2 columns, .19 spacing, 3 rows, zero spacing. This will give you
the right orientation to insert your wine label so you can print out just one
label in the correct place.

This is an example, I don't know what size labels you are using.

Thank you, I'll give it a try.
