Print double sided calenders in Microsoft Outlook

Marianne

How can I easily print a weekly calendar set as two page in Microsoft
Outlook. I have done it in the past but can't seem to get the front and back
set up consistently. I want it to look like an appointment book. I have
tried doing it even pages first, but it just didn't seem to work.

Thank you Marianne

Have you checked your printer's instructions for front/back printing?

I know how to double side but it does something goofy, starts a week a head
of behind. If anyone has successfully done this please let me know.

Thank you,
Mariane

I to have had this problem with Outlook 2003 and XP Pro. It is on a printer
that worked OK double sided with NT4 and Office 2000.

I've seen the MS info brief No 892404 about the hotfix but this only makes
reference to a particular page format and size. Does anyone know if it is
also applicable to using the weekly style page at two pages per week when
printed to A4?

Thanks
Richard

I'm glad to see this question being raised. I like to print off weekly
calendars every so often, but I find it wastes huge quantities of A5 paper
trying to get the right pages baking each other. Has anyone found a way of
doing this easily and routinely?

Are you using outlook 2003? Duplex is broken in at least the initial builds.
I think SP2 fixed it - but I could be wrong. Otherwise, print to office
document printer and insert a blank page at the beginning.
