Hello,

Make sure you have both the latest WIndows service pack, and the latest
Office service pack by visiting the following two sites.

http://www,windowsupdate.com
http://office.microsoft.com

Also, is it all e-mails you can not print, or only specific ones? Try
printing through Microsoft Word, or Excel and see if they work.

I have the same message when printing while the message to print is open. I found out it will print the message without the error if I do not open it and just select it and then select the print button. But I have tried to download windows updates and after selecting to download, it just sits there with the dialog box open and never downloads. Now I am really lost

Perhaps at this point, if you are unable to download WIndows Updates it
would be a good time to contact us for some direct support. Please call us
at 1-800-936-4900.
