Yes, I'm still using 5.1 unless I need to use Word 2001, which I also have loaded. My problem is that I can't print from word 5.1 using my new HP Laserjet 1012 without getting an error message that reads: "The printer driver could not be loaded. Quit other applications and try again. If that fails, use the installer to reinstall the printing software." The software has been installed a second time, just in case, which produced no change. Any suggestions )besides printing from Word 2001)? Thanks.
