Print/Export Inbox Summary

I need to Export or Print the Inbox view of messages.

I don't want the body, but need the From/Subject/Received attributes.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to export these into a CSV/XLS file so I can
resort them. I found how to Export to CSV/XLS and using field mapping to get
most of the information I want, but there is not field mapping for the
Recieved field.

I really need to see when it was received when I eventually print out the
report.
