Print fill effects

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel How can I print the fill effects I added to my word document? I would also like it to show up if I save as a PDF document.

Go to File>Print and change "Copies and Pages" to "Microsoft Word"

Then click "Word Options" and switch on "Options for current document
only">"Print background colours and images".
