Print Folded Booklet

Using Publisher 2000 with HP9500hdn. Trying to print, fold & staple finished
size 5.5 x 8.5 booklet but the page keeps shrinking. I can print, fold 8.5 x
11 newsletter onto 11 x 17 successfully. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

The complete page is reduced to a 3.5 x 5.5.

Yes, Don. A tech from where we purchased the printer 4 weeks ago has
downloaded a new drive and has been in many times to resolve this problem. I
went on the HP site and someone else had this same problem but did not
receive any replies to her question.
