print folders with pockets

I have a deskjet HP deskjet 1120C that is big enough to do the job...what I
need is a templete ....can anyone help....thankz lewis

I've never seen any but it shouldn't be all that difficult to create one for
your use. Sketch out what you need then create the template to fit those
needs.
